As an accredited Lufthansa Group partner, you can sign an agreement with us, and then receive special information and marketing material as well as an access code for a booking platform. Using this access code, patients and persons accompanying them can book flights online themselves. You will find detailed information about this in the section "Flight booking made easy".

With the new Lufthansa Group Health & Medical Agreement, you will enjoy many benefits which you can pass on directly to your patients.

Your patients, their family members and medical carers can receive a price reduction of up to 15 per cent on their flights and can rebook flights free of charge. If you cannot take a flight at the last minute, only a low cancellation charge will apply. In addition, the Lufthansa Group provides you with offers from participating airlines that can be combined with each other.

Once you have booked a medical procedure with one of our contracted healthcare providers or facilitators, they will provide you with a code that gives you access to their dedicated Lufthansa Group online flight booking platform. To book a flight, please enter the access code in the "Access to Event Booking" box below this section. Once you have entered your destination and preferred dates of travel, the reduced fares and conditions are shown automatically. This also applies to any lower promotional fares which may also be available.

Please note: only fares booked via the online booking platform at "Your Special Eco/Business Flex" (column 1) can be changed free of charge. In addition we also offer you our other published fares (with different conditions) on this platform.

These reduced fares are also available from your IATA/ARC travel agency. For booking instructions, your travel agency should contact lufthansa.mobility@dlh.de. 

Lufthansa Medical Services include additional services that can be booked to support travellers in need of wheelchair or stretcher transport.

Lufthansa provides stretchers which allow passengers, who for medical reasons can only be transported lying down, to travel comfortably. They must, however, be accompanied by another person on board.
