Four unique local cuisines

Dennis Puchert and Julia Komp have familiarized themselves with the cuisine and special traditions of four German federal states. With a focus on the essentials and attention to detail, they have created menus that interpret the taste of the German “Heimat” (homeland) in a completely new way: highlights of German cuisine, refined with culinary influences from all around the world.

From the earth into the air

Our meals use ingredients that originate from each individual region. Harvested on fields in Germany and processed by local producers, they are prepared fresh every day and served to you on board. This means you can experience the authentic taste of our German homeland on your journey out into the world.

Home, made by hand

Nothing distinguishes the food culture of Germany as much as our bread. Its over 300 varieties have even been recognized by UNESCO as an Intangible Cultural Heritage.
That’s why we offer a constantly changing range of fresh baked goods with our menus.

Sustainable origin

We source our products from regional partners wherever possible in collaboration with our catering partner Gategroup. When buying ingredients, we also place great importance on sustainable supply chains with low food miles.
