For flights with the SWISS airline (code ‘LX’), SWISS is the contract partner and the General Terms and Conditions of Carriage (GCC) of Swiss International Air Lines AG apply.

For flights with Austrian Airlines (code ‘OS’), Austrian Airlines is the contract partner and the General Terms and Conditions of Carriage (GCC) of Austrian Airlines AG apply.

For flights with the Eurowings airline (code ‘EW’), Eurowings is the contract partner and the General Terms and Conditions of Carriage (GCC) of Eurowings GmbH apply.

For flights with Discover Airlines (code ‘4Y’), Discover Airlines is the contract partner and the General Terms and Conditions of Carriage (GCC) of Discover GmbH apply.

For flights with Brussels Airlines (code ‘SN’), Brussels Airlines is the contract partner and the General Terms and Conditions of Carriage (GCC) of Brussels Airlines AG apply.
