Exclusive Lufthansa First Class Check-in Area reopened

The exclusive Lufthansa First Class Check-in Area at Munich Airport in Terminal 2 is now open again. First Class travellers, HON Circle Members, Senators, and Star Gold cardholders can now have their boarding passes issued in a stylish atmosphere, drop off their baggage, relax in a waiting area, or pass through the dedicated security checkpoint. Changes to bookings can also be made at a specially designated ticketing counter.

You can issue your boarding pass from 30 hours before departure conveniently and quickly in the Lufthansa app or online. Save your boarding pass in the Lufthansa app to be kept informed about changes concerning your flight. At the airport you can issue your boarding pass at a check-in machine. Your departure gate can be found on your boarding pass, in the Lufthansa app and on display boards at the airport.

Bag drop-off

The Lufthansa bag drop-off areas are located in Terminal 2. Travellers arriving by Lufthansa Express Bus can drop off their baggage at the self-service bag drop kiosks after their arrival at the bus station. 

At Munich Airport you can drop off your baggage yourself at a self-service bag drop kiosk. To do this, scan your boarding pass at a bag tag machine and attach this to the long side of your baggage item. 

Exclusive premium self-service bag drop kiosks for First Class and Business Class passengers as well as status customers are provided in the Departures Hall at the counters 470 to 474. As usual, the bag tag also gets the appropriate Priority or HON imprint here so that your baggage is given priority unloading at your destination airport.
