On short-haul flights with buy-on-board service, you can pre-order high-quality, fresh products from the Onboard Delights menu online as part of pre-order in Economy Class, and purchase these on board.

Fresh products from dean&david and Dallmayr can be pre-ordered from the Onboard Delights menu in Economy Class on short-haul flights. Beverages and snacks (e.g. muesli bars) can be purchased directly on board.

You can place your pre-order between four weeks and 36 hours before your flight.

On short-haul flights you can pre-order up to five products in Economy Class.

Special meals are not usually offered on short-haul flights in Economy Class. However, the Onboard Delights menu offers you an extensive selection of products, including, for example, vegan, vegetarian and gluten- as well as lactose-free options.

Yes, you can still purchase numerous products on board, depending on their availability. However, we recommend that you select your preferred food in advance to ensure that the product you want is on board.

Unfortunately, in the event of a flight rebooking, we cannot ensure that you will get the products you originally selected. You can still purchase products directly on board (depending on availability) on short-haul flights in Economy Class. You can cancel your former choice up to 36 hours before departure and complete a pre-order for your new flight.
