Barcelona – Gaudí's Masterpieces and Sunny Beaches

The Sagrada Família, Barcelona's perpetual construction site, is one of the most famous landmarks in Europe—perhaps because the church remains unfinished after more than 140 years. It's worth discovering this and other of Gaudí's fantastic works. For some relaxation, head to the lively beachfront promenade of Barceloneta, where skaters meet sunbathers, and the motto is: see and be seen. The most beautiful sunset, however, is best enjoyed high above on Tibidabo, with a panoramic view over Barcelona’s sea of lights.
