The highest standard of service and personal, memorable moments – that’s what has distinguished the Lufthansa First Class Terminal for the past two decades. During this time, we have been able to accompany more than a million passengers on their journeys – always with the aspiration of fulfilling the individual wishes of every single guest and surprising them anew on each visit. Meeting this aspiration requires the right people. People like personal assistant Elena Mamaev-Bauer. Along with her colleagues, she assists our guests throughout their entire stay. First Class Taste

Calmly sipping first-class drinks and enjoying the pleasant atmosphere: the Lufthansa First Class Terminal’s bar offers the perfect opportunity for this. Our experienced bar staff create top-quality drinks, thus ensuring enjoyable moments and a feeling of warmth, comfort, and familiarity. Bar manager Dennis Eichler describes it thus: “Our bar invites you to linger. The feel-good atmosphere and our superb selection of drinks ensure that our guests can enjoy every moment of their stay – and that the time until departure flies by.”

First Class Table

Culinary experiences begin in the Lufthansa First Class Terminal even before a guest’s journey. In the restaurant, our chefs de cuisine prepare excellent dishes to whet diners’ appetites for more. Guests are surprised and delighted time and again by excellent dishes that change with the seasons. Head Chef, Nils Levent Grün, draws inspiration for these menus from all over the world – and from the many conversations he has with travelers: “The challenging and, at the same time, the special thing about my work is that our guests are only with us for a short time. And it is in this very moment that I want to inspire them with our culinary creations.”

First Class Tobacco

A retreat for connoisseurs: In the Lufthansa First Class Terminal’s Cigar Lounge the aromas of fine cigars blend with exquisite whiskey notes. Here guests can sit back, relax, and choose from over 150 whiskey varieties.

Our tip: The exclusive spirits produced by the traditional Ziegler distillery stand for exquisite taste and craftsmanship. Whether fruity, smoky, or mild – there is something here for every taste.

First Class Time Out

Travel broadens our horizons. But sometimes it also requires strength. Replenishing one's own energy reserves is therefore important, especially for frequent flyers. In the Lufthansa First Class Terminal’s quiet rooms passengers can treat themselves to a break from daily routine and recharge their batteries. It is even possible to relax in a bath. Here waiting time becomes real quality time.

First Class Transfer

The boarding call is a moment that every guest wants. But in the Lufthansa First Class Terminal, one or two may feel a touch of wistfulness in addition to the anticipation. The moments in this exclusive world are too unique, the encounters too personal. The way to the aircraft is also unique – because guests only have to walk a few steps to board. Embarking on a trip like this is a very special experience. “The Lufthansa First Class Terminal is like its own little world. An airport within the airport, so to speak. And that's exactly what makes this place so unique and exclusive,” says chauffeur Servin Karaaslan.
