Questions about your Lufthansa vouchers

You can cancel your completely unused gift voucher within 14 days of receiving the confirmation email without giving any reason.

You can request a refund for your original ticket here if you are unable to use the Flight Value Voucher that has already been issued.

Please note: If you have submitted a request that is still being processed for a refund of a ticket paid for with a Flight Value Voucher, please only apply for a refund of the Flight Value Voucher once your request for a refund of your ticket has been completed.

The Flight Value Voucher must be redeemed within three years, calculated from the end of the year in which your flight was cancelled. Earlier discount vouchers are not valid.
