Geek and Grub Market: Holiday Nightmare Edition

Ugly can be so beautiful. For the Christmas Edition of the Geek and Grub Market on December 14 2024 in Raleigh, the motto is: "Put on your ugliest Christmas sweater and celebrate with us." Of course, there will also be lots of geeky products on offer from more than 50 local craftspeople and artists, as well as delicious food and warming drinks.  

Aerosmith Farewell Tour

After 50 years on stage and 10 world tours, Aerosmith are saying goodbye to their fans with Peace Out: The Farewell Tour. On February 20 2025, the rock band fronted by Steven Tyler can be seen live for the final time at the PNC Arena in Raleigh.  

North Carolina Museum of Art

The most important art museum in southeast USA, the North Carolina Museum of Art (NCMA), is home to various art collections as well as a large sculpture garden and numerous temporary exhibitions. From October 2024 to early February 2025, the NCMA invites visitors on a journey to the origins of the samurai with the exhibition "Samurai: The Making of a Warrior."
