Lufthansa check-in counter at Seoul Station City Airport Terminal

Are you traveling with ​Lufthansa Rail & Air or getting to Incheon International Airport from Seoul Station?

Lufthansa is the first and exclusive foreign airline to open a check-in counter at Seoul Station, the only City Airport Terminal in Korea.

After checking-in and going through immigration at the City Airport Terminal, you can take the AREX Express train from Seoul Station to Incheon Airport without your luggage, and conveniently get to the gate without waiting in line at the airport.  

On the day of your departure from Incheon Airport, you can check-in up to three hours before your flight departure time, and after completing immigration at Seoul Station, you can use the dedicated departure lane at Incheon Airport.

How to use services at Seoul Station City Airport Terminal

1) Purchase AREX Express train ticket and scan QR code at the gate of Seoul Station City Airport Terminal to start services
2) Check-in and drop baggage at the Lufthansa counter at Seoul Station City Airport Terminal
3) Proceed with immigration after finishing check-in and dropping your baggage
4) Take AREX Express train from Seoul Station to Incheon Airport Station (Terminal 1)
5) Go directly to the designated departure entrance on the 3rd departure floor at Incheon Airport Terminal 1
6) After security control, proceed to the Lufthansa gate to board your flight

 Service hours
Check-in and bag drop: 05:20 ~ 19:00 (closing time of procedure 18:50).
Terminal 1: check-in completed 3 hours before flight departure

Example: LH719 Incheon-Munich flight departing Incheon Airport at 11:40 can be checked in at Seoul Station from 05:20 - 08:40
LH713 Incheon-Frankfurt flight departing Incheon Airport at 12:25 can be checked in at Seoul Station from 05:20 - 09:25
