Pre-select and enjoy
As a Business Class guest, you can now pre-select your main meal up to 24 hours before takeoff for long-haul flights departing from Germany. With Lufthansa Pre-Select, there are three additional main meals available to choose from, so that you can select between six culinary highlights in total. Look forward to delicious diversity, seasonal variety, the finest ingredients, and a flavor sensation on board. With our pre-selection option, you not only ensure that we serve you exactly what you enjoy but also help us plan more sustainably.

Attentive service with the personal touch
So that we can respond to your individual requirements in Business Class even more effectively, a crew member will always be available to you throughout the entire flight. After take-off, once security restrictions allow, your flight attendant will provide you with the menu so you can view the available dishes in a timely manner.
As you would expect from a good restaurant, we offer you a high-quality menu. Our meals are served on high-quality porcelain.

Our Business Class menus will satisfy your every wish
In Business Class on long-haul flights from Germany, Lufthansa serves in-flight meals which change every two months and which also take account of passengers’ wishes for seasonal cuisine. Our meals are now put together to reflect our passengers’ tastes. A market research organisation carried out an online survey of Miles & More members’ culinary preferences and was therefore able to identify the most popular dishes and combinations of dishes on Lufthansa’s menus. The survey focused not only on the individual dishes, but also on the ideal menu combination.
