Take your companions into the lounge with you
As a Frequent Traveller or Senator, enjoy the benefits of our Lufthansa lounges with your traveling companions. Your companions can purchase admission to selected Lufthansa lounges.
Please note:
currently, it is not possible to purchase lounge access for additional traveling companions. The normal arrangement for traveling companions in the lounge, which is granted on the basis of status, remains in force.
Premium Economy Class passengers¹, Business Lounges¹/² and the Lufthansa Welcome Lounge
Vouchers are always available at the Lufthansa service counters of the respective airports and, in the case of Frankfurt and Munich airports, also at the lounge entrances.
People accompanying Senators²/⁴: Business, Senator and Lufthansa Welcome Lounge
- Vouchers for lounge access can be purchased at the Lufthansa service counters of the respective departure airport immediately prior to visiting the lounge.
- At Frankfurt and Munich airports, it is also possible to purchase admission directly at the lounge entrance.
People accompanying Frequent Travellers: Business Lounge¹ and Lufthansa Welcome Lounge
- Vouchers for lounge access can be purchased at the Lufthansa service counters of the respective departure airport immediately prior to visiting the lounge.
- At Frankfurt and Munich airports, it is also possible to purchase admission directly at the lounge entrance.
1 Purchasable lounge access is valid exclusively for Lufthansa Business Lounges in Germany and the USA as well as at Paris Charles de Gaulle and Milan Malpensa airports, in combination with a valid Lufthansa boarding pass with LH ticket number. For HON Circle Members, Senators and Frequent Travellers, the rules on lounge access correspond to their Miles & More member status.
2 For admission to Senator and Business Lounges, traveling companions must show a valid Lufthansa boarding pass for the same departing flight as the person inviting them into the lounge. Traveling companions must leave the lounge together with the person inviting them. Purchasable lounge access applies exclusively to Lufthansa Business Lounges in Germany and the USA as well as at Paris Charles de Gaulle and Milan Malpensa airports and is only possible with a valid Lufthansa boarding pass.
3 After landing in Frankfurt, in combination with an intercontinental Lufthansa boarding pass. Vouchers for the Welcome Lounge are available on arrival, in combination with an intercontinental Lufthansa boarding pass, at the lounge entrance in Frankfurt.
4 As a Senator, you can already take one companion with you into Lufthansa Senator Lounges free of charge, as well as your own children under the age of 18. Purchasable access for companions is unlimited. Please note that your companions must be traveling on the same flight as you.
