Boarding just the way it should be: enjoy our exclusive limousine service for even greater comfort before boarding.

Your flight has just been called. Now you want to board as quickly as possible and enjoy your journey above the clouds in First Class. If you are a First Class guest, this enjoyment starts with boarding at Frankfurt, Munich, Zurich, Geneva or Vienna: if your flight is departing from certain aircraft positions, you will be chauffeur driven in a limousine or exclusive people carrier straight to your aircraft.

Limousine service for departures from Frankfurt

Whether you are waiting for your flight in the Lufthansa First Class Terminal or the First Class Lounge in Pier A or B, the service is available to you, in collaboration with our partners Austrian Airlines and SWISS, in all three cases.

If you are waiting for your flight in the First Class Terminal at Frankfurt, a limousine will always take you straight to your aircraft.

For Pier A, the limousine service from the First Class Lounge in Departures Area A is available for Lufthansa flights to Schengen countries which take off from a non-gate position.

From the First Class Lounge in Pier B, the limousine service is offered for Lufthansa flights to non-Schengen and non-EU countries which take off from Departures Area B at a non-gate position or from Piers Z and C.

Limousine service for arrivals in Frankfurt

As a First Class passenger on an intercontinental flight arriving at a non-gate position, you will be collected by your own personal people carrier or limousine and taken to the bus drop-off point in Terminal 1. The same applies if you are a passenger on a flight that arrives at a non-gate position, provided that you are continuing your journey in Lufthansa First Class on the same day. A direct transfer to other locations, such as to the First Class Lounges, for example, is not possible at Frankfurt Airport due to official regulations.1

Transfer service at Frankfurt for shortened transfer times

If you only have a transfer time of between 20 and 45 minutes left due to the late arrival of your flight at Frankfurt Airport, you will be collected from your aircraft by an exclusive people carrier service and taken straight to your connecting flight – taking into account all the necessary security, passport and customs checks – as long as this will guarantee you meeting your flight on time.2 If it is no longer possible to get to your connecting flight in time due to flight disruptions, a personal assistant will be on hand at Frankfurt to help you. The assistant will take care of all the formalities connected to your onward journey, such as rebookings or hotel and car rental reservations.

Companions

All travel companions (including spouses, life partners, and children under 18) with a valid boarding pass for the same outbound and return flight as the person who invites them are eligible for the First Class limousine service.

With our limousine service you can enjoy the utmost comfort when arriving at or departing from a non-gate position.

  • As a HON Circle Member flying with Lufthansa, SWISS, Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Discover Airlines or Air Dolomiti, our limousine service is available to you and your travel companions if you are catching a connecting flight in Munich or your flight begins or ends there.
  • As a First Class passenger with Lufthansa, SWISS, Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Discover Airlines or Air Dolomiti, you and your travel companions can also make use of the limousine service. This is on condition that the flight ends in Munich and you have arrived at another hub or airport with a First Class ticket. Your onward flight to Munich can then also be in Business or Economy Class.
  • As a First Class passenger with Lufthansa, SWISS, Austrian Airlines, Discover Airlines or Air Dolomiti, you and your travel companions are also welcome to use our limousine service if you start your trip on a feeder flight in Business or Economy Class in Munich and are continuing your journey in First Class on a flight  operated by Lufthansa, SWISS, Austrian Airlines, Discover Airlines or Air Dolomiti.

Limousine service for departures from Munich

If your flight is departing from a non-gate position, you will be taken from the First Class Lounge straight to the aircraft by limousine or by exclusive people carrier.1

Limousine service for arrivals in Munich

If your flight arrives at a non-gate position, you will be collected from the aircraft in a limousine and taken to the terminal or straight to the First Class Lounge.1

Transfer service in Munich for shortened transfer times

Should you only have a transfer time of less than 40 minutes due to a delayed arrival in Munich, we will make every effort to collect you and take you to your connecting flight in time. If this is not possible, a personal assistant in the First Class Lounge will take care of all the formalities connected with your onward journey, such as rebooking flights or making hotel reservations.2

All travel companions (including spouses, life partners, and children under 18) with a valid boarding pass for the same outbound and return flight as the person who invites them are eligible for the First Class limousine service.

Limousine service for departures from Zurich

  • As a HON Circle Member and/or First Class passenger with SWISS, Lufthansa or Austrian Airlines, an exclusive limousine service is available to you for flights departing from a non-gate position if you are transferring at Zurich or your flight begins there.
  • As a HON Circle Member and/or First Class passenger with SWISS, Lufthansa or Austrian Airlines whose flight departs from Dock E, a shuttle service is available to you from the First Class Lounge A (Schengen) to the First Class Lounge E (non-Schengen), including a separate passport control.
  • The services also apply to passengers catching their onward flight in Lufthansa or SWISS First Class in Geneva, Munich or Frankfurt.

Limousine service for arrivals in Zurich

  • As a SWISS First Class passenger, the SWISS First Welcome Service is exclusively available to you after the arrival of your long-haul flight. You will be met at the aircraft door and driven to the separate passport and security controls. If you have an onward flight, you can go from there straight to First Class Lounge A or be driven on to Baggage Reclaim.
  • There is no separate limousine service available to HON Circle Members arriving at a non-gate position; however Business Class passengers may use the separate Business Class Arrival Bus Service.

Transfer service in Zurich for shortened transfer times

  • Should you, as a HON Circle Member or First Class passenger with SWISS, Lufthansa or Austrian Airlines, have a transfer time of less than 40 minutes due to a delayed arrival, we will drive you straight to your connecting flight.

Companions

  • All travel companions (including spouses, life partners, and children under 18) with a valid boarding pass for the same flight as the person who invites them are eligible for the limousine services on departure.
  • Only First Class passengers are eligible for the SWISS First Welcome Service.

Limousine service for departures from Vienna

A personal limousine service will be waiting for you on the apron. If you are flying in Lufthansa or SWISS First Class on your connecting flight, a chauffeur will drive you straight to your aircraft in a limousine.

Limousine service for arrivals in Vienna

If your flight lands at a non-gate position, our limousine service will gladly pick you up from the aircraft and take you to the bus drop-off point at the terminal or to the HON Circle Lounge.

This service is currently only available to HON Circle Members.

Transfer service in Vienna for shortened transfer times

If you have less than 25 minutes transfer time left in Vienna, we will drive you from the aircraft straight to your connecting flight.1

This service is currently only available to HON Circle Members.

Limousine service for departures from Geneva

  • As a HON Circle Member and/or First Class passenger with SWISS, Lufthansa or Austrian Airlines, an exclusive limousine service is available to you for flights departing from a non-gate position if you are transferring in Geneva or your flight begins there.
  • The services also apply to passengers continuing their journey in Lufthansa or SWISS First Class in Zurich, Munich or Frankfurt.

Limousine service for arrivals in Geneva

  • As a SWISS First Class passenger, the SWISS First Welcome Service is exclusively available to you after the arrival of your long-haul flight. You will be met at the aircraft door and driven to the separate passport and security controls. If you have an onward flight, you can go from there straight to First Class Lounge A or be driven on to Baggage Reclaim.
  • There is no separate limousine service available to HON Circle Members arriving at a non-gate position; however Business Class passengers may use the separate Business Class Arrival Bus Service.
