Lufthansa Group Meetings & Events offers many benefits – to event organizers and delegates! 

• Our discount applies to flights operated by Lufthansa, SWISS, Austrian, Brussels Airlines, Eurowings, Edelweiss, Discover, as well as United Airlines and Air Canada on transatlantic flights.
• Event organizers can choose whether the discounted tickets shall be booked through a special booking link and/or via a dedicated travel agency.
• Event delegates are flexible in choosing their travel dates, the discounted fares are valid for travel up to seven days before and after the event.
• Event organizers will receive promotional material from us, supporting the promotion of our offer to event delegates through various communication channels. 
• If three or more events are organized within a year, we offer the option of an annual agreement. 
• The Lufthansa Group airlines’ global route network offers the best possible connections to your events!

• We encourage submitting the contact form at least one month prior to an event.
• We will be named “Official Airline Network” of the event. 
• Our offer, including the special booking link, will be communicated to the delegates, for example on the event homepage, and to the travel agency, if chosen.
