• Mysuru: only around two hours by car or train from Bengaluru is the city of Mysuru, known for its rich history and the magnificent Amba Vilas Palace. It is worth a visit to explore the royal past of the maharaja's residence and the vibrant culture of the region.
• Bannerghatta National Park: the national park is located about an hour from Bengaluru and offers a wonderful opportunity to experience India's diverse wildlife up close. Visitors can join a safari to spot lions, tigers, and other wildlife in their natural habitat. The park is also home to a butterfly enclosure and a zoo, both of which are particularly popular with families.
