Enjoy the benefits of our arrival services and make the most of a complimentary stay in one of our Lufthansa lounges, as well as of our other services.
From the aircraft straight to the terminal by limousine
HON Circle Members and First Class passengers, whose Lufthansa, SWISS or Austrian Airlines flight arrives in Frankfurt, Munich, Vienna or Zurich at a non-gate position, enjoy a very special service:
they will be collected directly from the aircraft in an exclusive minivan or – in Frankfurt and Munich – in a limousine belonging to our cooperation partner, Porsche, and taken to the terminal or to their connecting flight. This is guaranteed to save time as they will be the first to leave the aircraft and can drive away before all the other passenger buses.
This special service is also available to Business and Economy Class travellers if they have booked an onward flight that same day in Lufthansa First Class.
Complimentary: a stay in one of our lounges
Enjoy a complimentary stay in one of our lounges after your flight. Here, you can freshen up or prepare for the business of the day. Access to Lufthansa Business and Senator Lounges is granted to First Class passengers and HON Circle Members and Senators arriving on a Lufthansa, Star Alliance or codeshare partner flight.
In addition, First Class passengers and HON Circle Members arriving on any Lufthansa flight, and Business Class passengers, Senators and Frequent Travellers arriving on a Lufthansa intercontinental flight may use the Welcome Lounge in Frankfurt.
Please note that it is not possible to visit a Lufthansa lounge after arrival at some Lufthansa destinations due to official regulations or structural conditions.
Arrival service in Vienna
If you are a HON Circle Member on a Lufthansa, SWISS or Austrian Airlines flight that lands at Vienna Airport in a non-gate position, the limousine service will collect you at the aircraft and take you to bus arrivals. Do you have a connecting flight? Then the limousine service will take you to the HON Circle Lounge.1 If you have less than 25 minutes of transfer time at Vienna Airport, you will be chauffeured from the aircraft straight to your connecting flight.

Arrival service in Zurich
If you are an HON Circle Member or First Class passenger whose flight from Geneva arrives at a non-gate position and who is catching an intercontinental flight at Zurich, you will be picked up from the aircraft and taken to the appropriate terminal. This also applies the other way around for passengers who arrive in Zurich on a SWISS intercontinental flight and are flying on to Geneva. If you have less than 40 minutes transfer time left due to a delayed flight, we will drive you straight to your connecting flight.
Welcome to Frankfurt: the Welcome Lounge
Our Welcome Lounge is available to First Class and Business Class passengers landing in Frankfurt on a Lufthansa intercontinental flight – ensuring a perfect start to the day. In the luxuriously equipped shower area, you can freshen up in peace while the ironing service takes care of your clothes. There is also a delicious, healthy breakfast waiting for you.
