What's on the menu today? Europe à la carte, created together with celebrity chef Johann Lafer, the Lufthansa Airlines culinary team and catering partner Gate Gourmet. Look forward to a journey of the senses – with authentic taste experiences inspired by the diversity of our European destinations!

Our philosophy? Quite simply – higher quality, variety and, preferably, organic ingredients. We use select products from regional producers, traditional craftsmanship and sustainable production, especially when it comes to meat. Your enjoyment is our priority. Fewer ingredients for more flavor: fresh and natural preparation turns your meals into an authentic experience. Food should also be a feast for the eyes, so our dishes are attractively presented. Only real chefs, not machines, can do this – so every dish is a unique creation on the plate.
