In Frankfurt: from your aircraft direct to the terminal by limousine
As a HON Circle Member or First Class passenger whose Lufthansa, SWISS or Austrian Airlines flight arrives in Frankfurt at a non-gate position, you will enjoy a very special service:
You will be collected straight from the aircraft by exclusive minivan or by limousine. This exclusive service is also available to you as a Business or Economy Class passenger if you have booked an onward flight on the same day in Lufthansa First Class. The vehicles will wait at the aircraft and then take you straight to the bus stop at Terminal 1.
If you are travelling in First Class and arrive at a non-gate position, an exclusive minivan or a limousine will be waiting for you. This guarantees to save you time as you will be the first to disembark the aircraft and your vehicle can drive off before all the other passenger buses.
Because of security regulations, it is unfortunately not possible at the moment to drive you anywhere else at Frankfurt Airport, such as to one of the First Class Lounges or the First Class Terminal, for example.
Free of charge: Stay in our Lounges
If you have the status HON Circle Member or Lufthansa Senator or if you are travelling on a First or Business Class ticket we will naturally welcome you, as usual, in the respective lounges before departure.
After your flight enjoy the free stay in our lounges. If you land in Frankfurt, Munich, Dusseldorf or New York (JFK) with a First or Business Class ticket after a Lufthansa operated long-haul night flight you can freshen up or prepare for the business day ahead in one of our lounges.

At special conditions: Dayrooms at Hotel Kempinski
You will find hospitality for the whole day at the Hotel Kempinski in Frankfurt and Munich.
There you can reserve - if available - a dayroom from 8 am - 6 pm. The use of pool, sauna, fitness room and business centre is included.
This service is free of charge for our First Class guests if it is pre-reserved in time and a valid boarding pass stub is presented.
Business Class guests are charged a special rate of €85.
