First Class personal assistant service
A productive day begins when you are met personally at the airport and given a cordial welcome.
Your arrival at the airport should be as relaxed and pleasant as possible for you and your travelling companions. When you arrive at the First Class Terminal in Frankfurt or at the First Class Lounges in Frankfurt or Munich, you will be met by a personal assistant who will swiftly and discreetly take care of all your travel formalities and, if you wish, check you in for your flight.
At many airports outside Europe, a personal assistant is available to offer assistance and accompany you through the entire airport as quickly as possible on both your departure and arrival.
Personal assistant service on departure:
- Meeting at the check-in counter
- Escort through faster security checks
- Escort through faster passport control
- Escort to the lounge
- Escort to the gate
- Assistance in the event of flight disruptions
Personal assistant service on arrival:
- Meeting at the aircraft door or at the end of the passenger bridge
- Escort through faster passport control
- Escort to, and assistance with, baggage reclaim
- Assistance in the event of flight disruptions
Due to legal restrictions and/or local entry requirements, we are unable to provide all services at all airports. This may mean, for example, that we are not permitted to escort you through security.
