Terminal 1
Lufthansa has a new home in Terminal 1 of the German capital’s new airport, which is home to a Worldshop flagship store. Lufthansa flies regularly and directly to Frankfurt and Munich airports from Berlin Brandenburg. This means that all Lufthansa destinations are also available to you from Berlin, with just one transfer. Incidentally, on Level 1, near Gate B20, you can find the entrance to the Lufthansa Lounge, where you can enjoy the amenities of our lounge concept.
At the new Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER), you can expect short distances to the gates and a wide range of shops, restaurants and service facilities. The heart of the airport is the approximately 9,000-square-metre marketplace in Terminal 1 – immediately after security. From here you can reach your gate quickly and easily and still have time to stroll, shop or visit the viewing terrace.

Save valuable time at security and reserve your time slot free of charge between 7 days and 90 minutes before departure with BER Runway. To reserve a time slot, please enter your flight number and email address.
BER Runway is located at a separate and specially signposted security lane in Terminal 1. Please identify yourself there using your reservation and boarding pass.
Your time slot is valid 10 minutes before and after the time slot you have booked. We therefore recommend that you schedule sufficient time for your arrival and bag drop-off. If you are unable to take advantage of your booked time slot, access to all other security checkpoints is available.
Getting there
Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER) can be reached via its own station with fast train and S-Bahn connections to Berlin city centre. An Airport-Express train also runs between Berlin Central Station and BER Airport. There are also a number of bus services and a direct link to the motorway.
