Lufthansa is the first airline to fly an A380 to Miami - its third destination in North America after New York and San Francisco. With the start of the daily service to Miami, the eighth Lufthansa A380 begins flight operations. The world’s largest and most modern passenger airliner will take off each day with flight number LH 462 at 09.55 hours/9.55 a.m. from Frankfurt and land at 13.50 hours/1.50 p.m. at Miami International Airport. The return flight (flight number LH 463) departs from Miami at 16.10 hours/4.10 p.m. and arrives in Frankfurt at 07.15 hours/7.15 a.m. the following day.
