After logging in on our website, you have access to all your bookings and receive helpful information in the Travel Cockpit about your trip. In your profile, you store personal data, preferences and payment information, and save travel documents. This now makes it even quicker to book and check in. In Travel Insights, you can see a summary of all your trips from the last 10 years.

Lufthansa Chat Assistant

Quick, targeted help for your concerns: once you have logged in with your Travel ID, the chat assistant Elisa has all the necessary information. You will receive personalized answers to your questions, can conveniently re-book or request a refund. All without entering any additional data.

Lufthansa app

Stay well informed from booking to arrival: make the best use of the benefits of your Travel ID in the Lufthansa app. Once you have logged in, all of your information is saved and your personal travel assistant will inform you automatically about your upcoming flight. Have your boarding pass issued and receive access to additional personalized services.

Also conveniently book your next flight, including the seat, without entering data again.

Internet on board

Enjoy FlyNet® with your Travel ID. Once you have logged in, you will automatically receive up-to-date information about your trip. Also, you can use the free, unlimited messaging for messenger services such as WhatsApp to stay in touch with your loved ones and surf the internet for reasonable prices on board.

If you wish, you can also earn miles with your Travel ID. To do so, activate Miles & More directly during registration or later in your account.
